How to choose in one minute
- Home and furniture: RS-8611 12 V. Light, cheap, and the 35 bits cover almost everything in a house.

- Concrete every day: skip the drill and buy a rotary hammer; a 40 V drill is for heavy drilling in steel and timber, not concrete.
Brushless or brushed?
Brushless motors run cooler, last longer and give more work per charge. In Saudi heat that matters: a brushed motor in a closed site at 45 °C loses power sooner. If the drill is for daily work, pay the difference.
Battery in Saudi conditions
Do not leave lithium batteries in a parked car or on a roof in summer. Charge at room temperature, store at 40–60% if unused for weeks, and buy a second battery only after you know the first one runs out before your day does.
